JD considers herself a conduit of stories. Having the bug to write since she could hold a pencil, she now writes stories about strange, sometimes scary things. The years have seen her write everything from magazine articles to novelas to Drabbles and everything in between.

 

Two of the biggest defining influences on her life outside of her fur babies and her favorite humans are the Pacific Northwest Writers Association (PNWA) and AGHOST. For fun, she runs a digital writing community critique group and an annual writing retreat with Sonja Griffing through the Pacific Northwest Writers Association (PNWA). Incidentally, JD also helps the PNWA put on their annual conference and helps them with their owned & earned media, as well as a handful of other duties.
